[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.] The petitioner has come up with this Public Interest Litigation seeking a direction to the respondents to provide infrastructure facilities for the students studying in the Panchayat Union Primary School at Naduvakkottai Village in Madurai District.

2. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents. We have also perused the records carefully.

3. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions from Mr.Jothiraj, Deputy Block Development Officer, Madurai, who is present in Court today, submitted that after the filing of the present Writ Petition, the building of the School was renovated and it has been put to optimum use. The said submission is recorded.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, in our considered view, no further direction is required in this matter. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
