(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM,J.) Petitioner sought for production of his wife namely, Gayathri before this Court.

2.Detenu voluntarily appeared before the 2nd respondent and she has been produced before this Court today. She has been accompanied by her parents. Petitioner is also present. 3.As the petitioner's wife informs that she is residing with her parents and wishes to continue to do so for the present, this petition shall stand closed.
