Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.M.KARUNAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.SAKTHI KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner to relax the condition imposed on him by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4037 of 2024, dated 14.03.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. 3.Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4037 of 2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e. on the first working day of every Month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
