JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) Challenging the order of the learned Single Judge allowing the writ petition in W.P.(MD) No. 26147 of 2024, the fourth respondent in the writ petition has filed the present writ appeal.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent, on instructions, submitted that the order of the learned Single Judge has been complied with and the patta has been transferred in favour of the original pattadhars.

3. In view of the above, it is open to the appellant to file an appropriate appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer, challenging the patta proceedings, within a period of 30 days, in accordance with law. 2/4

4. Accordingly, the writ appeal is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
