Heard Mr.A.Robinson, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.

2.The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to issue separate patta to the petitioner in respect of Survey Nos.9/6, 9/10, 807/1 and 807/3 (96 cents) situated at Periyur Village, Sankarankovil Taluk, Tirunelveli District. The petitioner has given applications on 03.10.2024, 18.02.2025, 20.02.2025 and 21.02.2025 in this regard.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader would summit that the applications of the petitioner are pending with the first respondent and due proceedings would be undertaken to pass final orders on the petitioner's applications.

4.Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's applications, dated 03.10.2024, 18.02.2025, 20.02.2025 and 21.02.2025 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent is at liberty to call upon the petitioner to produce original documents to satisfy the petitioner's entitlement to separate patta. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
