PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.,directing the respondents 1 & 2 not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry and further to dispense with the physical presence of the second petitioner during enquiry scheduled on the foisted complaint of the third respondent in view of Section 160(1) of Code of Criminal Procedure,(Criminal Law Amendment Act, 2013).
