Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to cancel the sale deed bearing Document No.4400 of 2017 on the file of 2nd respondent dated 21.11.2017 executed by 3rd respondent in favour of 4th and 5th respondents in respect of the property of the petitioner in Madurai District, Melur Village, S.No.185/5, measuring 0.44 1⁄2 cents.

ORDER
In view of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD). No.16009 of 2020 dated 21.02.2022, the direction sought for by the petitioner to the second respondent to cancel the sale deed bearing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P(MD).No.9697 of 2020 document No.4400/2017, on the file of the second respondent dated 21.11.2017, cannot be granted as the same can be granted only by a competent civil Court as oral and documentary evidence are required, which a competent civil Court can alone adjudicate after full fledged trial.
2.In terms of the above, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
