ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner and her husband under the guise of enquiry in respect of false cases.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents frequently called the petitioner and her husband to the Police Station and harassed them to withdraw the complaint lodged against the Police officials.

4.Today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) filed a status report, wherein at paragraph No.7, it is stated that the petitioner's representation seeking action against the Police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

officials have been enquired by the Assistant Superintendent of Police and after detailed enquiry, it was found that no such harassment was caused. He would submit that the 2nd respondent did not cause any harassment to the petitioner and her husband and that the presence of the petitioner is not required. 5.Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
