ORDER

On earlier occasion i.e on 17.06.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. The prayer itself is to direct the respondent herein to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No. 57 of 2013 within a time stipulated by this Court. The offences alleged to have been committed by the accused are 471, 420 and 506(i) IPC.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor seeks 3 months time to file a final report.
