ORDER

Seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.596 of 2021 from the file of the second respondent to some other competent agency, this criminal original petition is filed.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), on instructions, submitted that investigation in Crime No.596 of 2021 has been completed and final report has also been filed by way of e-filing in E-filing No.LTN20220001792C202400318, on 11.11.2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni. 3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni, is directed to take the aforesaid case on file forthwith. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same, if so adviced.
