PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second and third respondents to measure the property of the petitioner in S.Nos.42/1, 42/2B, 42/3, 43/1, 43/2, 47/2 and 49 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

ORDER
Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.
2. The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the second and third respondents to measure the property of the petitioner in S.Nos.42/1, 42/2B, 42/3, 43/1, 43/2, 47/2 and 49 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents 2 and 3 have not measured the property inspite of paying the necessary fees for
such purpose.
4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, based on the instructions, submitted that the petitioner was issued with notice on 20.10.2015 for producing necessary chitta along with the challan for payment of fees for the purpose of measuring the property and however the petitioner has not appeared before the second respondent so far.
5.Considering the above facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to approach the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and furnish the information as sought for by the second respondent. On receipt of such information and particulars, the second respondent shall conduct the survey and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
6. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
