This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction, directing the third respondent to take action on the basis of the petitioner's complaint in CSR.No.267 of 2022 dated 02.04.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions from the respondent police, submitted that on 02.04.2022, both the parties have compromised the dispute among themselves and accordingly, the complaint taken in C.S.R.No.267 of 2022 was closed on the same day.
