O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police to register the FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 21.03.2018 lodged before the first respondent police and direct them to take appropriate action. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has already been registered in Crime No.5 of 2018 under Sections 498(A), 294(b) and 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 and he has produced a copy of the said First Information Report before this Court.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
