RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for compliance of the orders passed by this Hon'ble Court on 08.07.2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7091 of 2020 and pass such other order as this Hon`ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.M.KARUNAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that earlier this Court by an order dated 08.07.2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on condition to surrender before the concerned Court within a period of four weeks. Since copy of the order was made available on 13.07.2020, they are not in a position to appear before the concerned Court and produce the sureties. CRL MP(MD) No.4158 of 2020 order dated 08.07.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7091 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today.
