This petition is filed to direct the first respondent to instruct the respondents 2 to 5 not to harass him and his family members.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that there is no complaint or petition enquiry pending against the petitioner before the respondent police. However, he submits that the petitioner is an accused in

Crime No.95 of 2019 on the file of the Mamsapuram Police Station and they have not harassed the petitioner at any point of time.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that they are not harassing the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
