O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner at the guise of inquiry upon complaint given by complainant one Gandhimathi and further direct the first respondent to take appropriate action against third respondent for misuse of official power and causing severe hurt to petitioner by violating her fundamental and human rights. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), a case has been registered in Crime No.9 of 2018, on 25.06.2018, for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 294(b), 406 and 506(ii) IPC and he has also produced a copy of the FIR before this Court. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
