ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.1 apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B) of IPC, in Crime No.334 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

CRL OP(MD). No.8597 of 2020 registered under Section 174 of Cr.P.C. and the same is still pending investigation.

3.Considering the above circumstances, the anticipatory bail petition is not maintainable at this stage. Hence, this petition stands dismissed.
