ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.276 of 2015 on the file of the respondent herein.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the 2nd respondent police requires three months time to complete the investigation.

4. Recording the submission made, the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
