O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to sanction and permit the petitioner to withdraw a sum of Rs.3,25,000/- from and out of the petitioner's own Provident Fund contribution accumulation available to his credit, towards the higher education expenses of the petitioner's daughter.

2. The matter was earlier heard on 08.04.2026 and was adjourned to today to enable the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent to get instructions in the matter regarding the entitlement of the petitioner to withdraw a sum of Rs.3,25,000/- towards the educational expenses of the petitioner's daughter.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is entitled to withdraw a sum of Rs.3,25,000/- from the Provident Fund contribution accumulation.

4. In the light of the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent to release a sum of Rs.3,25,000/- out of the Provident 2/4

Fund contribution accumulation available to the credit of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
