Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to execute the warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Pattukottai, dated 28.08.2023 in STC No.58 of 2020 and produce him before the learned Judicial Magistrate to serve his sentence within the time stipulated by this Court.

The petitioner/complainant in STC No.58 of 2020 has filed this Criminal Original Petition to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to execute the warrant issued as against the accused.

2.Today(11.06.2024), when this Criminal original petition is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that the warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Pattukottai in STC No.58 of 2020 on 28.08.2023 has been executed and the accused has also been secured.
