This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation and file final report in Crime No.1 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No. 1 of 2025 and for the same, investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Juvenile Justice Board.

3.Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition and the respondent police also completed the investigation and filed the final report, no further order is required to be passed in this petition. 4.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition stands closed.
