ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to direct respondent to file a final report in Crime No.118 of 2017 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation is pending and the final report will be filed within two weeks.

4.Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to file the final report in Cr.No.118 of 2017, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
