Common Order : These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.S.JEYAKARTHIK, Advocate for the petitioner in all CRL MP's and of MR.M.SAKTHI KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent in all CRL MP's, the court made the following order:- These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed by the petitioner to relax the condition imposed on him by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) Nos.1372, 1373, 1374, 1376, 1377, 1378, 1386 and 1387 of 2024, dated 31.01.2024. 2/4
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has complied with the conditions only for 48 days and he has 22 previous cases to his credit. He further submits that in these cases, investigation has been completed and charge sheet has already been filed before the concerned Court and the same has been taken on file. 3.Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) and the antecedents of the petitioner, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) Nos.1372, 1373, 1374, 1376, 1377, 1378, 1386 and 1387 of 2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Kamuthi Police Station, Ramanathapuram District and the Inspector of Police, Abiramam Police Station, Ramanathapuram District, once in fifteen days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
