The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 24.09.2025 made in W.P.(MD).No.26298 of 2025.

2.Today (05.06.2026), when the matter is taken up for consideration, Mr.H.C.Herold Singh, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, submitted that the respondents have complied with the order passed by this Court. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner did not seriously dispute the said submission and sought liberty to reopen the contempt petition in the event of non-payment of the amounts due. 2/4
