O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing direction to the 2nd respondent herein to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members on the basis of his representation, dated 05.02.2023.

2. Though the notice served on the private respondents and their names were also printed in the cause list no one has appeared.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in spite of granting permanent injunction against the private respondents in the civil court process they are making trouble to the petitioner and hence, he seeks police protection.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that it is a civil dispute between the parties. During the course of enquiry, both the parties did not appear and co-operate for enquiry.

5. In view of the said submission, the petitioner may work out the remedy subsequent to the decree to be passed by the civil Court. 2/4

In the meantime, if any trouble arise the petitioner may give fresh representation and on receipt of representation, the respondents police is directed to consider the same after enquiring both the petitioner and the counter parties.

6. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
