Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.4978/20151/A3, dated 30.11.2015 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents 1 and 2 to grant appropriate permission to the petitioner for erecting the petty shop in the premises of Sree Kothandaramar Thirukovil situated at Devakottai Town, Sivagangai District for selling the pooja articles in order to help the devotee.
