O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's wife, namely, Clarine Venisha, aged about 27 years old before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.The petitioner would state that he married the detenue on 15.11.2019, however, she is found missing from 21.04.2021. Hence, he lodged a complaint on 23.04.2021 with the second respondent. Since no action has been taken to secure the detenue, he has come before this Court.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the petitioner as well as the detenue appeared before this Court through video conferencing from the Public Prosecutor's Office. On enquiry, the detenue has agreed to go with her husband, the petitioner herein, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

H.C.P.(MD) No.879 of 2021 who also accepted the same.

4.In the light of the above statement, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
