(MD).No.

6904 of 2020, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner, wherein the petitioner was directed to appear before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court and execute sureties within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. However, due to Covid-19, the petitioner was unable to execute the sureties as directed by this Court. Hence, the present petition has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that this petition for anticipatory bail is not maintainable, as the petitioner has already been granted anticipatory bail on 01.07.2020. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
