Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to permit the accused persons named in Crime No.1066 of 2015 registered by the 5th respondent to take treatment in the private hospital in pursuance to the petitioner's representation dated 18.12.2015.

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to consider her representation dated 18.12.2015 through which, she sought for a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 for providing treatment for the accused persons named in Crime No.1066 of 2015 in a private hospital.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that till this date the request of the petitioner has not been considered. 3.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the respondents 3 and 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.12.2015 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law on or before 23.12.2015.
