ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The respondent police registered a case as against the petitioners in Crime 1/3
No.33 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 147, 294 (b), 323, 324 and 506 (ii) IPC. Therefore, the petitioners have filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners abused the defacto complainant in filthy language and also assaulted him and caused injuries to him.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution, hence, prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent strongly opposes to grant bail on the ground that the investigation is pending. He further submits that it is a case in counter.
5. Considering nature of allegation as against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
