The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the present writ petition has been filed seeking approval of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the appointment of the writ petitioner for the post of Headmistress. During the pendency of the writ petition, the appointment of the writ petitioner has already been approved. However, the petitioner states that the consequential benefits are yet to be settled. In this regard, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a detailed representation setting out the facts and circumstances and in the event of receiving any such representation, the respondents are bound to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law.
2.With the above direction, this Writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
