RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition directing the petitioner to appear before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai daily at 10.30 am until further orders passed in Crl.MP(MD).No. 3265 of 2020 dated 08.07.2020 in Crl.RC.(MD).No. 372/2020 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.VENKATESWARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.ANANDHA DEVI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the bail condition imposed by this Court on this petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.3265 of 2020 in Crl.RC(MD)No.372 of 2020 dated 08.07.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is abiding the condition imposed by this Court without any deviation and prayed the condition to be relaxed.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the lower Court as and when required for interrogation.
