ORDER
This writ petition is filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein and their subordinates to take immediate steps to cancel the wrong classification made with respect to S.No.451/1A1, Chettinaickenpatti Village, Dindigul Taluk and District as S.No.451/1A1B and altering it as Government Poromboke land from the names of the registered holders viz., the petitioners herein and contrary to registered documents of title.
2. Although the petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking a positive direction, however, this Court after hearing the parties, disposes of the writ petition with the following directions: (i) The petitioners shall make their representation to the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order;
(ii) On receiving the representation, the second respondent shall consider the request of the petitioners, hear the parties and pass orders on merits within a period of six weeks therefrom. No costs.
