Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records connected with the seniority panel list prepared by the respondent Nos.3 in Ma.Ni.1 11409/2012 dated 27.05.2013 and quash the same as illegal, consequently, direct the respondent No.3 to prepare fresh seniority panel list by considering the representation preferred by the petitioner dated 15.02.2014 within a time stipulated by this Court.
