ORDER : The Court made the following order :- It is seen that the First Information Report has been registered in Crime No. 160 of 2023 for the offence under section 174 of Cr.P.C and even till now the respondent police has not altered any offence, hence there is no apprehension of arrest by the respondent police.

2. Therefore the petition for anticipatory bail is not maintainable and the petition is dismissed.
