O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to issue Non-Traceable Certificate in respect of Document viz., Original Deed in Document No. D.No.532/1977 on the file of the Manamadurai Sub Registrar based on the petitioner's complaint pending in CSR No.168 of 2024 dated 30.01.2023. 2.According to the petitioner, she has a property in S.No.233/11, Keelapasalai and the same was registered in D.NO.532/1977, on the file of the Sub Registrar, Manamadurai. While so, on 07.12.2022, the petitioner carried the above said document to take photo copies in a Agni xerox shop at Manamadurai Old Bus stand, Mamamadurai Town, Sivaganagai District and thereafter, when he was awaiting for a bus in 2/5

the old bus stand, he misplaced the original document and thereafter, he was unable to trace out the documents and hence, he sent the online complaint, for which, the CSR No.168 of 2024 was registered, but no action was taken. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that they received the complaint from the petitioner but the petitioner has not produced all the necessary documents. If the petitioner appears and produces all the relevant documents, they will consider the petitioner's representation and act in accordance with law.

4.Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, recording the submission made on behalf of the second respondent, this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the second respondent on 21.04.2025 and produce all the relevant documents. Thereafter, the second respondent has to consider the petitioner's representation and act in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days, from the date of this order. 3/5
