ORDER

This application has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to the learned Sessions Judge cum PCR Court, Sivagangai, to accept the surrender of the petitioner and to consider the bail application on the same day. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The petitioner is facing the offences under Sections 3(1)(x) of SC/ST Act and 294(b), 506(i) and (*)509 IPC.

4. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is only the de-facto complainant, who is facing the disciplinary proceedings in the department, in which, she is functioning and the de-facto complainant was suspended from service. Aggrieved over that and believing that the petitioner herein, who is her superior, is responsible for the same, this false complaint has been filed against her. allegations made in the First Information Report, the learned Sessions Judge cum PCR Court, Sivagangai, is directed to consider the bail application of the petitioner and pass orders on merits on the same day of her surrender.
