ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein dated 19.06.2018 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the complaint of the petitioner dated 19.06.2018, has been registered in Crime No.905 of 2018 on 04.07.2018 for the offence punishable under Section 379 IPC and he has also produced a copy of the FIR before this Court.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
