PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein dated 18.06.2018 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

ORDER

According to the petitioner, the petitioner has made a complaint dated 18.06.2018 before the respondents. But, so far, no action has been taken on the said complaint. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court, seeking aforesaid relief. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the case has been registered on 13.07.2018 in Crime No.472 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 506(i) and 420 IPC. The copy of the First Information Report has also been placed before this Court. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
