ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition is filed to modify the condition No.I imposed on the petitioners by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Srivilliputhur, in Crl.MP.No.1011 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, wherein the petitioners were directed to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- to credit of the Crime number.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) raised serious objection by stating that the petitioners are the strangers to the property claiming title over the property and damaged the chairs, CCTV cameras and other things worth Rs.31,000/-.
