ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 498 (A) and 506 (ii) of I.P.C in Crime No.11 of 2012, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case is of the year 2012.
3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) pointed out that the final report has been filed and taken on file as C.C.No.31 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi. 4.It appears that the warrant is pending against the petitioner. The petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Magistrate on the next hearing date and apply for recall of warrant. On such application being filed, the concerned trial Judge is directed to recall the warrant on the same day. 5.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail. shown to the petitioner taking into account of the undertaking given by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 6.If the petitioner fails to appear before the Court below for future hearings, he is entitled to file appropriate petition under Section 317 Cr.P.C. Even if on one hearing, he is absent and no application is filed for condoning his absence, this order granting anticipatory bail shall stand cancelled. 7.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner pointed out that the accused is in abroad. He undertakes that he will surrender before the Trial Court within a period of four weeks from today. In view of the said undertaking given by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, non bailable warrant shall be kept in abeyance.
