ORDER

The petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by the Sessions Court. But condition was imposed directing them to stay at Nagercoil.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that this condition would cause them great hardship. The offences are only in respect of Sections 294(b), 506 (ii) and 505 (i) (b) of I.P.C. 3.Taking into account all these circumstances, the condition imposed by the Sessions Court is set aside.
