PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the respondent to take immediate steps to file charge sheet as against the accused mentioned in the First Information Report registered by the respondent in Crime No.3 of 2020, for the offences under Sections 341, 506(ii) and 379 of IPC dated 07.01.2020.

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.213 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police.

2.Today when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the respondent police had completed the enquiry and filed a final report in Crime No.3 of 2020, before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Alangulam, Tenkasi District, on 08.01.2020, as "mistake of fact". 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
