O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.13 of 2020 on the file of the respondent within the time stipulated as fixed by this Court. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that even after a lapse of one year, investigation is not completed and the final report is not filed.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No. 13 of 2020 is almost completed and three months time may be granted to file a final report.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 5.In view of the above submission, the respondent police is directed to file the final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the compliance report must be submitted to the Registry thereafter. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
