This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.03.2025 and to grant three months time to repay the balance amount of Rs.2,00,000/-.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Having regard to the nature of the order proposed to be passed in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 2 and 3 is dispensed with.

3. It is not in dispute that the respondents 2 and 3/Company is the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). It is a settled law that the writ petition is not maintainable as against the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) and accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
