ORDER

This application has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to the learned Sessions Judge cum PCR Court, Sivagangai, to accept the surrender of the petitioner and to consider the bail application on the same day.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The petitioner is facing the offences under Sections 355, 324, 506 (i) IPC r/w 3(1)(r) of SC/ST (POA) Amendment Ordinance Act, 2014.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the injured has been discharged from the hospital and investigation is almost https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ over and the victim did not appear before the Court, which granted bail to A1 (despite direction by this Court).

5. Having regard to the nature of the allegations made in the First Information Report, the learned Sessions Judge cum PCR Court, Sivagangai, is directed to consider the bail application of the petitioner and pass orders on merits on the same day of his surrender.
