This petition has been filed seeking direction to the Respondents 1 to 3 to give police protection to the petitioner, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2020. 2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that the representation of the petitioner, dated 07.08.2020, was received by the third respondent police only on 19.08.2020 and upon receipt of the same, an enquiry has been initiated in CSR No.297 of 2020 and during enquiry if it is found protection is required, suitable action will be taken.
