DINESH.M., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ALBERT JAMES, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in the order in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5924 of 2022 dated 05.04.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5924 of 2022 dated 05.04.2022 regularly and they prayed for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.5999 of 2022 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
