The present Writ Petition has been filed to conduct the peace committee meeting and allow the petitioner's village people to conduct the festival of Arulmigu Sri Muthu Vinayagar Kovil, Sri Varaguna Ayyanar Kovil, Sri Muthumariamman Kovil and Sri Meenakshi Kalimeenal Kovil at Chinnavaravani Village, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District on 14.04.2023.

2. Since the said date itself is over, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this Writ Petition.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.

4. It is needless to mention that in respect of the subsequent festivals, it will be open for the petitioner *as well as the Respondent Nos. 6 to 9 to submit an application and the same will be dealt with by the official respondents in accordance with law.
