ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking extension of time in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5280 of 2026 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.2919 of 2026 dated 09.03.2026.

2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners, the defacto component is in jail and the bail application could not serve upon him. Hence, he seeks further extension of time.

3. Considering the above said facts, time is extended till 27.04.2026.
